TRANSPORTATION SUPERVISOR
Mountain View School Division is looking for a skilled, forward-thinking individual who can demonstrate strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collectively with staff, families and third-party organizations.
Mountain View School Division is located in Manitoba's Parkland region nestled between Duck Mountain Provincial Park and Riding Mountain National Park serving approximately 3,100 students across sixteen schools in seven communities and is committed to safe, reliable, and innovative student transportation.
Reporting to the Secretary-Treasurer, the Transportation Supervisor is responsible for the management of the day-to-day operations of the transportation department leading a diverse, unionized workforce that includes approximately 47 permanent employees and substitute staff, two bus garages, a fleet of 64 school buses, 39 regular routes, and an annual operating budget exceeding $3.74 million.
